Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a non-invasive therapy that utilises neuromuscular biofeedback to find the root cause of disease. Underpinning kinesiology is the philosophy that disease and physical pain is a breakdown of the natural flow or imbalances within the body, mind or spirit. These imbalances may be nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic or even spiritual. As a result, anatomical, physiological and psychological stressors may occur.

Although effective for all types of health concerns, Kinesiology is also beneficial for personal development including goal setting, boosting confidence and addressing behaviours that may be negatively impacting or limiting careers and relationships.
